Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies – St Pete & Tyrone - HIRING ASAP

This job would include travel back and forth from our St Pete and Tyrone location.

Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies is hiring a permanent, part time front office position to support a fast-paced, privately owned, physical therapy clinic.

Approximately 30-35 hours per week with potential to grow full time.

Candidate must be available in the afternoon and late evenings until 7pm, shift can be flexible.

Candidate must be well organized, with the ability to multi-task, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills interacting with patients. Candidate should be confident in using computers, including Windows and Office software in addition to having the ability to learn the EMR software.

Primary responsibilities include excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling patients, greeting and assisting patients with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments, insurance verifications and authorizations, understanding the requirements of the EMR system, along with performing other administrative needs in operation of the front desk. Being a self-starter is an important factor.
