Opti Staffing Group is Hiring a Customer Care Rep. Near Portland, OR
Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: NW Portland
Pay: $18-20/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with an hour lunch
Who We Are:
Our client is a vibrant company in Portland with a positive and family-oriented atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinate with drivers
- Process returns
- Handle live chat inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Pay $18-20
- Health benefits available after 90 days
- 401K with 3% match available after 1 year
- Paid time off
- Opportunity to work with a fun and motivated team
The Musts:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in multitasking with multiple tabs open
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with PDFs
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Customer-centric approach and understanding of customer needs
- Sense of humor!
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Additional experience in a related field
- Certifications or training in customer service
