Customer Service Rep/Sales Support
Position summary: As a Customer Service Rep/Sales Support, you will work closely with Account Managers to support them with order entry and project management. You will use your strong customer service skills to deliver efficient and quality service. You will also create positive experiences for both our Account Managers and our customers.
General Duties/Responsibilities:

· Support Account Managers (AMs) in meeting sales goals
· Works with AMs and customers to identify product needs & offer solutions
· Answers customer questions and assures on time delivery of products
· Produce accurate RFQ’s and JSF’s for exact reprints or minor change quotes/orders
· Promptly respond to customer inquiries as directed by AMs
· Help maintain online portal product specifications/prices & assist with setting up new products
· Assist AMs with solution development efforts that best address customer needs
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures, or suggest changes to the SOPs
· Work with Planners to address quality issues
· Provide service to client’s or AMs special requests such as tracking # requests, order status updates, checking with production on a rush request, etc.
· Communicate effectively both internally and externally
· Ensure product quality and on-time delivery are achieved
· Assist in managing inventory and reorder notices
· Back-up AMs during vacations
· Knowledge of commonly used software programs such as Word and Excel
· Customer satisfaction follow-up calls on recent orders
· CRM Management (Input high value deals, leave notes for account managers to follow up on, cold call dead accounts)
