Overview:
We are a geospatial technology firm looking for an inside B2B customer sales and service representative (CSSR) in our Portland, OR (Tigard) location. Our customers range from small environmental consulting companies to large Fortune 500 and Local/State/Federal government organizations. This is our 24th year of operation.
The successful candidate will provide product/services information, quotes, and after-sales support for our customers. The ideal candidate is excited to help customers and be an active problem solver. The successful CSSR can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The goal is to present and provide the products/services we offer, coordinate delivery, and provide after-sales support.

If you're a tech geek, no matter what your education/experience level is, you should talk to us. We're in the niche field of designing, manufacturing, supplying, and supporting GPS equipment and software for generating high-accuracy computer maps (eg. - Geographic Information Systems) so we know we're going to need to train you on our products regardless of your education or experience.
