Our client in the Summerville area is looking to add to their team : Operators for 1st Shift and 3

shift.

Monday through Friday.

Rate is $16.25 / hour for 1st and $17.50 / hour for 3

Weekly and monthly attendance bonus program for the first 90 days!

Responsibilities :

• Ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks.
• Capacity to lift to 30lbs repetitively.
• Capability to bend, reach overhead, and stand for long periods of time.
• Install silicone plugs in all areas of parts that do not require
• Top Coat or e-coat.
• Ability to load and unload materials and parts.
• Mask areas of the parts that are not to be painted or coated.
• Clean and maintain equipment and parts.
• Give assistance and support to team members as needed in other work areas.
• Mask threaded holes in parts.
• May operate various equipment and machinery under direct supervision or as certified or trained.
• Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; requires the employees to wear safety equipment or gear.
• Communicates with production, maintenance, quality control, and other departments to maintain a safe and effective environment and to ensure quality products.
• Complete daily check lists and other tasks as assigned by Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.

S. Must have access to reliable transportation.
