- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s license with no more than 3 points on record, at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Valid vehicle insurance with OBI’s required minimum coverage.
- Vehicle that meets OBI safety standards to transport participants.
- Ability to perform and meet job and physical requirements, based on the needs of the individual being supported.
- Ability to enter required documentation into agency database and state’s billing system.
- Ability to use basic data-entry, email, and telephonic technology.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (may include personal experience from having a family member or member(s) with a disability) preferred.
- Able to perform with autonomy, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
