Job Description:
OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking full-time Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our CARE Center team in our Worthington, OH location. We are looking for a positive, compassionate, high-energy individual who is client and employee focused and enjoys working in a team environment. Duties include maintaining employee records, general HR and administrative duties, special projects, and responding to a wide range of inquiries and unique needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to remain calm and supportive in all situations, and flexibility when managing the day-to-day tasks. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
1 - 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner.
Service Oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use those skills to relay essential information in an effective and understandable way.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
Knowledge of Federal & State regulations.
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required.
Other duties as assigned.
