Opnova is Hiring a Marketing/Customer Service Representative Near Cambridge, MA

We are seeking a Sales / Marketing leader to join our team! We are an international firm in the telecommunications hardware sector establishing our US presence, offices and facilities in Rhode Island. As such, we're looking for talented, motivated employees, who are "jacks-of-all-trades," able to fill in where necessary. You'll be working hand in hand with our internationally based team members, and directly with customers, so good communication skills are a must, and comfortable in a startup culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer leads, and generate revenue with new and existing clients
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and marketing documents to clients
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and conversion
  • Answer customer inquiries and generate quotations in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize client correspondence and paperwork
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing or another related field
  • A background in computer networking technologies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Amazingly Organised!
  • Able to "be your own leader," to find and develop leads and sales on your own

Compensation:About us:

  • Negotiable Pay - Dependent on previous employment history and other factors. A commission will be paid on all sales above base.
  • 30-45k base guaranteed!
  • Benefits will be added as we grow! Healthcare coverage may be available immediately.

We're an international manufacturing concern in the Optical Networking sector that is establishing our local offices and facilities in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. With industry-leading products and manufacturing capabilities, you'll have support from our team located overseas and the assets to make anything a success!

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
