Openwork is currently interviewing for Call Center, Customer representatives for temporary positions for our client in Round Rock, North Austin , and Pflugerville.

What you’ll be responsible for :
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service with every interaction
Employ active listening to determine customer needs
Guide the customer through the transaction process or resolve their concerns
Work with your leadership team to develop processes and solutions
What you’ll need :
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Proficiency with office automation software and the ability to type 30 words per minute
Must have reliable transportation
Minimum High School Graduate or GED
Selected candidates will be required to pass all pre-hire employment checks, which may include a criminal background check and drug screening
