CRDF Global is hiring a Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager with Intermediate level English language skills to support all HR functions in the organization’s new program office in Nouakchott, Mauritania. *This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Chief of Party. This position is responsible for the execution of the following functions to support the CRDF Global staff in Mauritania: talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits management, performance management, staff engagement, and administrative support functions of the office to include finance and payroll administration The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in an open-door culture.
