What You'll Do:

• Manage Opportunity accounts to maintain and improve the client partnership to meet or exceed the revenue, retention, and relationship goals.
• Formulate and deploy strategies for opportunity accounts/challenged accounts.
• Work closely with the Implementation Team to Implement Opportunity accounts.
• Provide portfolio analysis and training on an on-going basis for Opportunity client portfolio and refinance partners.
• Assist the Account Management team to maximize the client relationship experience for continued growth opportunities.
• Research and analyze to develop/prepare client-centric financial reviews/solutions.
• Become a subject matter expert on Open Lending’s products.
• Cross-train within our Client Success Support Team and Implementation Team.
• Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to maximize client experience.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the credit union or banking industry preferred.
• Ability to work from the Austin Office 2 to 3 days per week.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably on the phone and in person at all levels including the Executive level.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of assisting clients.
• Financial aptitude to assist with accurate analysis for clients.
• An organized individual who excels in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Motivated hard worker who displays self-confidence and a strong desire to learn.
• Energetic self-starter with a track record of determination, willingness to go the extra mile, and achievement.
• Highly adaptable and flexible with a keen eye for detail.
• A team player mentality is required.
• Must be able to travel (details discussed during interview).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing, communications, or business administration, preferred but not required.
