ONYX InSight is a technology and engineering solutions provider to the renewable energy and wind power sectors. Part of the BP Group, we operate out of 7 locations globally and are trusted by our customers to protect thousands of wind turbines across the world. Our US market is experiencing strong growth and we are now looking for a an early-career or part-qualified finance professional to support our team in Boulder.

Reporting to the Financial Controller in Europe you will work closely with partners in our shared service centre to provide a robust and compliant finance and accounting service. You will support business leaders locally with commercial and transactional processes, and work globally with a team of finance professionals in the UK and India.

This is a rare opportunity to gain early-career experience as the lead finance professional for a discrete market territory. You will have a positive and flexible approach to customer service and the ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues, customers and stakeholders. Locally you will be an important part of our busy Business Support team for the US office location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Undertake all day-to-day transactional finance processes
• Complete end-of-period processes and reporting
• Complete analysis tasks as requested by the Financial Controller
• Provide support to our US business leadership team
• Own the invoicing and debt collection processes for US customers
• Maintain accurate records and information databases

Primary requirements

• Recent experience working in a finance role
• Quality and detail-oriented
• Accurate and responsive approach to work
• Experience working with ERP systems; Salesforce a plus
• Strong analysis and MS Excel skills
• Keen to grow with a successful business
• Good customer service skills
