• Be the person driving the accounting and finance function for a growing base of portfolio companies
• Be responsible for ensuring proper accounting for several portfolio companies
• Define and produce the correct metrics and scorecards needed to lead each of the companies, along with the procedures to make it happen
• Become a valued member of a team acquiring and operating a growing family of unique businesses

We would not want you to make the leap without knowing what we need, so here is how we define success for this position:

• Dive in and ensure the accounting is up to speed at two portfolio companies within the first 60 days. Third company in 90 days.
• Define the needed metrics at each of the three current portfolio companies within the first 90 days and implement the appropriate processes needed to consistently produce the appropriate scorecards within the first 120 days.
• Ensure financial reports and scorecards are delivered on time, every time starting 120 days
• Ensure all state and federal filings are up to date and delivered on time starting in 6 months
• Design a finance/accounting methodology to onboard newly acquired companies
