Robert Half has partnered with a technology company in Greenwood Village in search of a Staff Accountant! The Staff Accountant position is offering a generous benefits package and is paying $55,000-$65,000!
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and vendor questions resolution.
- Reconciliation of vendor statements to the Company’s records.
- Audit and review of employee expense reports.
- Assistance with the annual 1099 compliance, including determination of 1099 vendors.
- Assistance with the workers comp and insurance audits.
- Tracking and tagging of new fixed assets; communication with the accounting team about placing new assets in service or removing old assets from service.
- Assistance with the periodic fixed assets inventory.
- Assistance with SOX compliance and audit support.
- Assistance with the annual insurance renewals.
Requirements for the Staff Accountant include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- NetSuite experience is nice to have, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
