Onward Search seeks a Fractional CMO for an ongoing freelance assignment estimated to be between 15-20 hours per week. This is a high-growth SMB in the travel industry.

You’ll join the Marketing team to create and execute a digital-first marketing plan. This is assignment is expected to last 3-6 months but could extend.

Advise on the execution of the marketing plan.Advise on the hiring of a full-time Marketing DirectorOngoing advisory servicesSkills & Experience needed : Must have held a minimum of a VP level position in Digital, e-Commerce, or performance marketing.

Must be digital-first and have experience on the forefront of digital marketing. Prefer candidates who held Chief Marketing Office titles.

Prefer candidates who have Hubspot experience.It's a plus if you have experience working for companies in the Travel / Tourism industry.
