As a Business Development Specialist for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives.

Through captivating presentations, you'll guide prospective real estate agents to subscribe to our client’s innovative platform that elevates their marketing objectives.

Comprehensive training ensures you're well-prepared to embody their brand with pride. n nThis role offers a highly competitive base plus commission package with first year on target earnings over six figures expected.

This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA (paid relocation offered), and is 4 days per week onsite. n nKey Responsibilities : n n n tStrategic Partnership : Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model.

n tBusiness Expansion : Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals. n tVirtual Presentations : Showcase the value of our client’s offering through engaging virtual presentations.

n tProactive Achievement : Surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics. n tCollaborative Spirit : Work closely with colleagues to collectively drive revenue n tClient-Centric Focus : Deliver top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful n n nEssential Criteria : n n n tBachelor’s Degree n tAt least 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate.

Other sales experience will be considered n tProven success in a corporate sales environment. n tDemonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.

n tResults-driven mindset with analytical capabilities. n tFlexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
