OnTrac is Hiring a Temporary Compensation Analyst Near Mc Lean, VA

Summary:OnTrac is offering a temporary assignment, approximately 6 months, for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will support the setup of multiple systems and provide their expertise to launch a compensation structure. This position will help ensure the company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.What you’ll do as our next Sr. Compensation Analyst:Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.Serves as an internal consultant as it relates to compensation programs to meet the needs of the organization.Partner with the HRIS team on the implementation of our compensation structure within our HRIS, Dayforce.Build out the compensation structure within CompAnalyst and partner with the HRIS team to setup and configure our data feed.Ensure salaries comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equityConsult and document the administration of compensation programs, processes, and operations.Perform analysis as needed to support various initiatives such as cost to market, variable pay, etc. Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.Competencies that support success in the Sr. Compensation Analyst role:Business and Technical AcumenHas good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.Advocates and Leads Change, is a positive influence when implementing change, is flexible when change occurs, and can develop and make changes to his/her own area of responsibility.Speaks and writes in a clear, concise manner; uses efficient and appropriate methods to disseminate information.Manages issues with urgency to meet customers’ expectations and established deadlines.Understand organizational business function and can work effectively with other stakeholders in HR and throughout the CompanyMinimum Requirements for our next Sr. Compensation Analyst:Five years of related experience in a dedicated total rewards or compensation role.Experience working in a large, dynamic and matrixed organization.Experience implementing CompAnalystExperience setting up compensation structures within an HRIS, Dayforce experience is preferred. Expert in Excel, must be able to perform complex analysis.Preferred Qualifications for the Sr. Compensation Analyst:Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (completed or in progress)Other recognized HR certificationExperience with designing sales compensation plansExperience with harmonizing compensation plansThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties and working conditions associated with the role.
