Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Range:
$80,000 - $86,000 annually

Roles and Responsibilities:
Track staffing requirements, recruit, hire and onboard new employees as needed
Ensure that scope of services is provided consistently and on time
Lead, motivate, and support a large team reporting to multiple locations, including career
development plans for direct reports, employee appreciation and problem resolution
Coordinate, oversee and manage employee matters including time and attendance,
performance assessments and training
Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve KPI targets, eliminate
employee turnover, and deliver excellent customer service
Improve the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys
ability to assist customer with supply chain management efficiency
Maintain consistent and timely communication with senior management, staff, and
customers to ensure proper operations of the company
Routine operations reporting to senior and executive management
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure customer
satisfaction
Work closely with human resources and safety departments to ensure workplace
policies, reporting and procedures are compliant
Timely and professionally respond to customer inquiries and messages
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain Management or related degree
Minimum 3 years experience in a management role responsible for logistics or supply
chain management operations, supervising a frontline workforce and managing direct
contact with customers
Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and non-exempt employee labor laws
Proficient use of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to present information to different audiences including employees and customers
Strong quantitative skills, experience managing budgets and profit centers
Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining control of operations and customer
service
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new
applications
Experience using Maximo Application Suite is a plus
