We have an immediate opening for a Professional Human Resources Manager with Staffing experience.

The qualified candidate will be a dynamic motivational self-reliant individual, to join our team located in Fredericksburg, VA. If you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess 3 to 5 years Human Resources or Staffing experience or a combination of Human Resources and Client Services, then this just might be the opportunity you have been waiting on. Your Opportunity: Prominent company seeking a motivated Human Resources Leader able to project, foresee and anticipate staffing requirements and expectations based on analytical data; develops value-added services to support changing client needs such as: Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified associates for assignment to include onboarding and maintaining good Employee relationships throughout their employment, Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate. Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other customized reports at client’s request. Manage employee relations at the site - including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal of assignments, perform exit interviews and facilitate Employee recognition program. Conduct New Hire orientations to include, safety training Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents. Participate in scheduled service reviews at client site. Act as the liaison between the site office and clients. Must be able to deliver superior customer service and develop internal and external relationships with supervisors and associates. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bilingual is a plus but not required 4-year College Degree Preferred but not Required. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Superior Customer Service and communication skills required. Staffing and CRM experience preferred. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing others. Must be Experienced in Payroll, Accounting Experience a plus. Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Googlesheets - Strong Reporting Skills Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
