Onni Group is seeking a talent acquisitions specialist to support the HR team in Seattle! This role will be responsible for assisting the full-cycle recruitment process across all our departments in Los Angeles. This position will be working out of our downtown LA office.. Onni is looking for an outgoing, personable, hard-working candidate who is looking to grow their career at our ever-growing business

Job Description:

  • Understand the talent needs of Onni Group’s various and diverse departments while ensuring all recruiting strategies and practices are aligned with organizational strategies and mission
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to contribute to an organization-wide strategy for top-talent attraction and retention
  • Review job applicants and conduct talent evaluations to identify top candidates
  • Actively and proactively source and headhunt suitable candidates for all departments through various recruitment channels – LinkedIn, really, and industry-specific boards, etc.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions
  • Strategically establish, build, and maintain hiring pipelines
  • Have a genuine interest in learning and professional development to seek innovative ways to capture the best talent
  • Research and attended various career fairs and networking events promoting the Onni Group, LEVEL and other brands
  • Attend and hold interviews for various positions to provide support as needed
  • Assist in drafting offer letters for new hires
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers
  • Understand the corresponding job markets and recommend how Onni can have competitive advantages in the market

  • Research and attended various career fairs and networking events promoting the Onni Group, Cap West, LEVEL, and other brands

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field or equivalent in years of experience is an asset
  • 3 years of work experience in Human Resources/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Proven experience in recruiting for senior/executive-level positions
  • Recruitment experience in real estate/construction/hospitality is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of business
  • Organized, results-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Multi-taking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience and knowledge of various recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, ATS
