We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with patient chart records and appointment scheduling
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
