Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced HVAC Service/Sales Technician to join our team as a Field Supervisor. This role demands a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and expertise in HVAC installations and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales with integrity and proficiency, maintaining a minimum 55% close ratio on sales.
• Uphold an exceptional level of customer service, aiming for a 100% customer satisfaction rating.
• Manage and reduce cancellation rates to less than 5%, reflecting our commitment to service and customer trust.
• Achieve an average ticket of $18,500 on equipment sales, demonstrating strong sales acumen and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a sales role and 2 years in HVAC installation.
• NATE certification required, reflecting technical competence and commitment to quality in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs, including high close ratios and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and manage teams to achieve business goals.
