OneThirtyOne LLC is Hiring a Senior ERP Support Engineer - Inventory and Warehouse Management Near Dallas, TX

The Role: The Senior Warehousing and Supply Chain ERP Support Engineer ensures the optimal use of the D365 system to meet our global business and functional requirements. The candidate will work with stakeholders and end users at the operating companies serviced by Alcority to meet their daily ERP support needs. This person will be on the cutting edge of day to day operational support assisting users day in and day out get the most out of their Manufacturing and Supply chain functionality within D365 and other integrated Manufacturing Execution Systems. This role reports to the ERP Support Manager and is part of the growing Alcority ERP Team that support users in both the UK and the US. As an employee in the US, the candidate will have a particular responsibility to help establish and manage an ERP support model that leverages the expertise and capacity of the international (remote) ERP team, the local IT teams to provide seamless and excellent Warehouse and Supply Chain specific support in both the US and UK. Building relationships with the users and stakeholders in the US and UK while being closely connected to the broader ERP team will be instrumental for the candidate’s success. Responsibilities: As part of a shared service team, provide ongoing ERP support within major D365 modules specifically focusing on: Master Planning Production Control Engineering change management Warehouse Management Transportation Management Product Information Management Manufacturing Execution System Integrations Troubleshoot Warehousing and Supply chain ERP user issues by working directly with the ERP support team, the local IT Team and Microsoft support as necessary to resolve issues. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support client warehousing and supply chain teams on the different ERP modules through expert knowledge of the D365 ERP and related software products. Work closely and communicate with stakeholders and system end users in the operating companies to improve the ERP system usage, uncovering areas for improvement of developing and improving Keep up to date on the latest process and ERP system advancements to automate and modernize Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Develop functional specifications, gap documents and training materials Document the results of meetings with stakeholders/functional teams, and communicate the outcome and proposed plans of action to appropriate parties Manage small and medium projects according to the company’s PMO framework Negotiate with operating companies to define and manage project scope. Work with Global ERP Team and the Local IT team to establish support processes, procedures and use of tools to provide a seamless end-to-end ERP support to the end users. Work as part of a team, aligning on project roadmap, goals and program success factors Requirements: 7-10 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/AX2012 or another Tier 1 or 2 ERP application Experience working for a Microsoft D365 F&O implementation partner a major plus Degree in manufacturing, supply chain, or related field a plus Familiarity with Microsoft supply chain/warehousing ISVs a plus Experience with manufacturing and warehouse ISVs a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels within an organization and across multiple geographies Experience developing functional specifications, gap documents and training materials MS certified and having hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations Strong MS Office skills across PowerPoint, Excel and Word • Ability to work independently as well as with a team collaboratively and within deadlines Experience participating in all stages of lifecycle of MS D365 implementation projects a plus Familiarity with ticket systems such as Jira Service Desk a plus Experience with being part of a support team and establishing and refining support processes, procedures, and tools Used to operating under Service Level Agreements and driving support accordingly Job Location and Travel Requirements: Location: Dallas, TX Travel anticipated 5-10% It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
