What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Business Governance and Strategic Planning to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving business governance, overseeing budget and long-term planning, leading strategic projects, and ensuring seamless operations in alignment with our company's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and content development for executive and board meetings
Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Senior Vice Presidents to ensure alignment within the corporate and business unit marketing teams to advance our objectives
Oversee the overall budget of the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), working in partnership with CMO stakeholders and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for monthly budget variances, performance tracking, and executive reviews
Promote transparency across teams within the CMO and with BUs, ensuring a clear process for managing all spending areas
Handle potential budget trade-offs and facilitate the 5-year planning process, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Lead the framing and scoping of special projects, developing recommendations and securing stakeholder alignment
Partner with key support functions (e.g., comms, HR) to facilitate business operations
Provide ad-hoc support and manage issue escalation as needed
Facilitate executive engagement, including conferences, internal and external speaking engagements.
What we’re looking for…
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred
5 years executive-level experience
8 years of managerial experience
Applied commercial and financial acumen
Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
5 or more years of demonstrated experience in data analysis building & presenting solutions to executive clients
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
The ability to influence without direct authority.
Ability to engage and influence all levels of clients, including senior VPs
Experience leading transformation initiatives
Experience in project management
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $184,000.00 and $343,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
