Our Marketing and Loyalty team is the strategic force behind United's industry-leading brand and experience, supporting revenue growth by turning customers into lifelong United flyers. Our marketing communications, market research and brand teams drive travelers' familiarity and engagement with the United brand. Our loyalty team manages United MileagePlus, building travel and lifestyle partnerships that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure United can take you anywhere you want to go.

Key Responsibilities:

The Analyst - Co-Brand will support the United card acquisitions employee channel team through marketing, communications, and training initiatives to drive growth. This includes partnering with the agency and field sales team to develop and implement training modules for agents and marketing collateral that helps support the program. They will collaborate with Co-brand Card partners, Loyalty and Marketing and United partners to deliver promotions, communications, and trainings.

Marketing
  • Lead, create, and implement marketing campaigns to increase and maintain awareness as well as drive program growth
  • Partner with internal and external teams to drive marketing communications through different channels including email, online, leave-behinds, internal assets, etc.
  • Obtain approval from all collaborators before launching marketing/communications
Training
  • Develop and implement marketing communications and training modules (virtual and in-person) to support program awareness and growth.
  • Build and conduct virtual trainings for employees to clarify program/card benefits and increase excitement/engagement.
  • Track and increase participation of training attendees.
Program Management
  • Work with manager on all logistical and operational details of program.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in timely manner.
  • Travel to and partner with airport hub and line station leads to help facilitate roadshows and events.
  • Track results and extrapolate insights from reporting.
This position offers a hybrid schedule, which requires working 50% of the time in-office at Willis Tower in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
  • 3 years in marketing, sales, partnerships, or project management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate results and recommendations to leadership
  • Strong collaborator, able to gain alignment cross-functionally
  • Partnership marketing and integrated marketing knowledge
  • Marketing strategy and execution across email, direct mail, and web channels
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organization skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Prior experience in credit card or travel industry loyalty programs
  • Innovation and continuous improvement skills
  • Knowledge of loyalty and/or marketing related job functions and requirements
