ONESTREET RESIDENTIAL is Hiring an Assistant Community Manager Near Powder Springs, GA

ALL QUESTIONS TO BE COMPLETED FOR FULL CONSIDERATION.

We are looking to hire a dynamic Assistant Community Manager who has prior tax credit (LIHTC) experience to work for a 144-unit active adult community in Powder Springs, GA.

ABOUT ONESTREET RESIDENTIAL

OneStreet Residential is the premier developer/owner/operator of 55 Active Adult communities throughout the Atlanta submarket with just over 2,400 units currently in our portfolio and another 726 currently under development. Prospects are drawn to our beautifully maintained communities, and friendly staff. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the community.
  • Assist with the coordination and facilitation of all leasing, administrative, vendor and contractor duties.
  • Collect rents, delinquencies, and post all daily activity.
  • Generate reports including monthly closeout reports for the manager to review.
  • Communicate on all planned property operations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the community and competitors in the area.
  • Assist with resident activities which may require some after-hours work from time to time depending on the event. Engage with residents to be part of the community and participate in events.
  • Oversee community operations and staff in managers absence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years of leasing, sales or hospitality experience and/or training.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Residential property management experience.
  • Tax credit (LIHTC) experience.
  • Experience working with active adults.
  • Ability to function effectively in an environment with diverse cultures, multiple perspectives, and competing needs.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local community resources.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, honest and eager to learn.
  • Must be able to travel locally.

Physical Requirements:

This position often involves a great deal of walking and standing, bending, stretching, and use of stairs. Other physical requirements include regular sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers and may also require some light lifting. The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows. This position is normally performed in an indoor or office work environment, which does not subject the associate to the elements but does require occasional time spent in outdoor environments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
