OneSource Insurance located in Plant City, Florida is seeking a Receptionist-Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Our office is looking for a team player, positive attitude, self-motivated individual. This individual will be provided with the training, leadership, and guidance to grow into other opportunities as they become available.

Required Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing basic information about insurance policies
- A friendly and confident personality
- Outstanding follow up skills
- High level of professionalism and initiative to meet goals
- Experience in computer quoting software and e-mail applications a plus

- Bilingual speaking a plus
