Job description
The Human Resources Generalist will provide vital support to the Senior Managers and owner of the company. He/she will ensure company and employee compliance with human resources policies and programs, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications, and employee events. The HR Generalist will provide support for our employees, including our Spanish-speaking community, contributing to our mission to attract and retain top talent! They will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of the business unit. They serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees.
