JOB SUMMARY This position is hybrid to our Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK. Job Profile Summary The Manager - Employee Experience and Early Career plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall work environment and opportunities for both existing employees and early-career (0-3 year) employees within our organization. Responsible for designing and implementing programs and initiatives that focus on overall employee engagement and early-career development with an unwavering commitment to excellence and service. This role is essential for fostering a positive culture, attracting and developing top early career talent, and contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that employees at all career stages have the support and opportunities they need to thrive. Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Employee Experience: Develop strategies to improve the overall employee experience focused on onboarding and ongoing support. Collaborate with various departments to create a positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement. Collaborate with various departments to design and Implement initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements. Gather feedback and use data to make continuous improvements. • Early Career Development: Create and manage programs that attract and retain top early career talent, such as co-op programs, apprenticeships, rotational assignments and collaborating with Talent Acquisition on the internship program. Design career development pathways for early career professionals, including mentoring and coaching opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the success of early career development initiatives. • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the HR business partners to identify key skills and competencies required for early career roles. Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-potential early career candidates. Lead the selection process, including interviewing and assessing candidates for the professional development program. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to employee engagement, mentoring, and early career development. Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and early career development initiatives. Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent. Experience Experience working in human resources or talent acquisition with a focus on employee engagement and early career development. Experience with project management and organizational skills. Experience working with data to drive decision making and telling a story with data.
