We are in search of a dynamic Controller to join our client's team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee tax return preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial partners.
• Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
