One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for skilled sales professionals to add to our growing team! We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and engaged in personal growth.
In the role of Sales (Home) Comfort Advisor, you are the face of our brand, and the customer experience depends on you. Your goal is to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while recommending solutions that turn opportunities into sold work.
To be successful in this position you must be able to maintain sales margins while managing multiple ongoing opportunities and overcoming customer objections.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable recommending total value solutions while maintaining credibility through their approach.

We offer steady, full-time work. Our wages are very competitive with uncapped earning potential. Our top performers earn between $90,000 to $150,000 annually.
