Your goal is to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while learning from our skilled Install Leads and assisting in completing repairs and installations.

Our paid training starts at $15/hour upwards, depending on experience and is designed to jump start your career and provide the skills necessary to be successful in the role. After training, helpers have the opportunity to be commissioned. Our experienced Install Leads and management team teach Install Helpers about the industry, expectations, specific job skills, and more. Training is ongoing and our managers provide continued guidance and coaching throughout your career with us. We strongly encourage the growth of our employees to prepare them for future advancement opportunities.
