One Community Health is Hiring a Behavioral Health Consultant Near White Salmon, WA

NHSC Approved Site for loan repayment!
Part-time or full-time, benefits eligible with a 20 hour per week schedule!

One Community Health is hiring a behavioral health provider to join our team at our White Salmon and Stevenson, WA clinic locations. Depending on interest and experience, we have opportunities for long term therapy, Collaborative Care, or school based.

Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Master’s degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
  • Current Oregon and Washington Clinical License or ability to obtain license within two years of hire.
    • Clinical Supervision from a LISCW provided, as needed.
  • Desire to deliver high quality services to a diverse multicultural community.
  • Proficiency in DSM-V diagnosis and evidenced based treatment of mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Basic knowledge of psychopharmacological interventions for behavioral health treatments.
  • Proficient in crisis intervention, stabilization, and referral.
  • Ability to respond with flexibility to changing workload or patient assignments.
  • Ability to utilize computer software and Electronic Health Record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians, associate providers, and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, staff, and others.
  • Passion for mental and behavioral health.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • One year of experience in public health, healthcare, mental health, substance use, or social work.
  • Experience providing integrated mental health and ASAM-PPC 2R assessments
  • Familiar with SBIRT treatment model of screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment.
  • Proficient in Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
