We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Operations team. As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing information for Oncourse Home Solutions and ensuring the maintenance of a complete and accurate subledger & general ledger. You will also provide reporting support and other services to various departments, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax and External Audit.

As an integral component of the team, you will monitor the operation of core activities to ensure key business risks are being managed appropriately and an effective internal control environment is achieved. You will also increase awareness of internal controls and recommend enhancements to business processes and internal controls.

Located at our office in Naperville, IL. our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Certified Public Accountant preferred
