Position Summary
Join our team as an Business Intelligence Analyst and help drive our marketing, call center, claims, and retention initiatives to new heights! We're seeking a highly skilled individual with a focus on data analysis and advanced analytics to support our efforts across all business units. 
As an Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions that impact our company strategy efforts. With your expertise in data analysis and advanced analytics, you'll play a key role in optimizing our analytics capabilities for maximum impact and ROI. 
You'll collaborate closely cross-functionally to gather data, analyze trends, and uncover insights that support our business objectives. You’ll support the broader business in performing deep dive analyses to drive business growth. Think of yourself as an internal consultant tasked with improving business processes utilizing data driven insights. 
Located at our office in Naperville, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:  
  • Utilizing advanced analytics approaches such as cohort analysis, risk analysis, and predictive modeling to inform decision-making and improve the customer experience across the organization.
  • Collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze customer data and provide insights that support decision-making and improve overall business processes.
  • Developing dashboards and visualizations to provide regular reporting and insights to support various teams within the company.
  • Identifying incremental opportunities to improve business processes and drive growth by leveraging data to inform marketing and acquisition efforts.
  • Utilizing data to inform company-wide strategies and initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Providing thought leadership on analytics and identifying new and innovative ways to leverage data to drive business growth across the organization.
We’re Excited if This is You:
  • 5 years of experience in analytics and 3 years in business intelligence roles 
  • In-depth technical knowledge in data modeling, SQL, and Python 
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and ability to drive growth. 
  • Proficiency in driving data-driven insights and informed business decision making. 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering significant business impact through data analysis and implementation of insights. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Proven track record of partnering with Analytics and Commercial Finance functions to drive improvements by way of analytical capabilities.

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Prior knowledge of SQL

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or other BI tool
