This position will be responsible for developing detailed business requirements, process flow diagrams, and user journeys, along with other appropriate standard analysis artifacts. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and creative problem-solver who communicates effectively while working with a diverse group of stakeholders and executive level leadership. The selected candidate will be involved in program/project implementations. This individual will support multiple customers and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to help realize business benefits and define a set of business requirements and user journeys that will translate into valuable business solutions and technology systems.

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Partners closely with product managers (and business stakeholders), development engineers, test engineers, scrum masters, and stakeholders to implement valuable new features (with a focus in the areas of Sales
• Translates high level business requirements (epics) into detailed level requirements (stories)- Ensures that developers understand the scope, understands the technical implications of features, provides detailed analysis of business and customer needs.
• Acts as a team facilitator/scrum master - partners with project manager/dev manager to facilitate/lead sprint planning meetings, project/product discovery, and story kick offs. Ensures the right people are present for the current discussion.
• Ensure team communication – captures artifacts in an easily accessible format that is understood by all members of the team.
• Manages and maintain the technical / solution documentation starting from conceptualization to delivery (including use cases/epics/stories, conceptual/logical/physical data models, business process flows, architecture diagrams, SOPs etc.)
• Ensures that all requirements and journeys support the delivery of business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet stakeholder needs.
• Leads and participates in Business and User Acceptance sessions for confirmation of requirements.
• Analyze customer insights, data, and competitive analyses to identify problems and opportunities.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Experience in Sales Solutions (Salesforce.com, SAP C4C, Salespad and integration to core SAP).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
• Proficient in requirements gathering, business modeling, user journey modeling/documenting, project scoping, and use case
• creation.
• Working knowledge of Project Management Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, etc.) and SDLC processes
• BA in Business Analysis, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
