On Line Design is currently looking for a part-time Payroll role, with a background working with Paycor and Quickbooks, in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will take on basic HR responsibilities in addition to the responsibilities of helping with our payroll processing. This is an on-site in the office role.

Responsibilities:

• Help process payroll
• On boarding of employees, including coordination of background checks, drug screens, and I9
• Oversee 401K, insurance, and benefit enrollment
• Manage other general payroll and HR related tasks as needed
• Send out and write corporate communications

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience required
• 3 years experience in payroll, accounting, and HR preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
• Prior experience working with Paycor and Quickbooks is desired
• Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, pro-active planning and organizing
• Ability to work in a team environment and customer service oriented
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Part-time 20-30 hours/week flexible; must be available on Mondays. No relocation is offered with this role.
