Our client is looking to add a Treasury Analyst to their team. This individual would be responsible for treasury and cost management functions. This role is responsible for the day to day, monthly, and quarterly cash transaction activities for our client's customers. The person in this role is expected to demonstrate daily the appropriate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below and generate quality results. Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate to individuals at all levels of the organization are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:

• Recording cash deposits and disbursements.
• Completing bank account reconciliations monthly.
• Submitting Positive Pay and ACH files to client banks.
• Responding to client inquiries.
• Ensure client accounting closing schedules are met.
• Ensure internal controls are followed. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Conduct business following the highest ethical standards.
• Meet deadlines and be able to work in a dynamic environment.

Position Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in treasury required (Oil & Gas preferred) 
• Experience with Bolo, Enertia, Quorum or W Energy is desirable
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated • Aptitude to learn new technology, products, and concepts
• Strong in all major Microsoft Office product (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Microsoft Visio
