We Are Seeking a Plant Manager

As part of our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, we are looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of all manufacturing processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-value products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of processes and strategies to improve and manage workflow, enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, manage, and train a culturally aligned production team to consistently achieve manufacturing goals.
• Develop operational plans to meet business KPIs, revenue, and gross profit targets, aligning with the corporate strategic plan.
• Champion lean and 5S initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering to meet customer demands and resolve issues.
• Oversee plant scheduling, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and quality assurance efforts.
