Omni Technologies is Hiring an Entry-Level Estimator (Low Voltage Construction) Near Madison, WI
Omni Technologies, LLC is a leading provider of low voltage services in southern Wisconsin, specializing in fire alarm, access control, CCTV, nurse call and audio-video systems. Omni is seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team and grow their career along with our ever-growing company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare estimates utilizing bidding software.
- Maintain estimating software data to ensure current costs.
- Complete proposal takeoffs.
- Assist with compiling all required bid submittal information.
- Create field change order estimates.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of estimating experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet bid deadlines.
- Leadership spirit and desire to advance career.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask comfortably.
- Knowledge and hands on experience with design and installation of low voltage systems is a plus.
