Omni Technologies, a leader in custom urethane part manufacturing for various packaging, processing, and industrial applications, is expanding its team! We're seeking a Customer Service Representative II who is committed to excellence and ready to grow their career. Based in Greendale, IN, this full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $21.00-$25.00 per hour and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime opportunities.

Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in bridging communication between our customers and various internal teams. You’ll manage essential tasks such as setting up new items and sales orders, actively participating in customer and internal meetings to keep a pulse on project statuses, and providing proactive updates to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary communication channel between Omni and our clients.
  • Set up new customer accounts, including payment terms and preferences.
  • Proactively manage and communicate order statuses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support on-site customer visits and occasionally travel to meet customers.
  • Serve as the primary backup for order entry responsibilities.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED; additional qualifications are a plus.
