Seeking a qualified candidate that is a self-starter and can work independently for an in-office position. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, organize the daily workload received, knowledge of the Texas Efiling system, and the ability to work independently at a high pace to meet pressing deadlines and high-volume workloads. This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to retain high volumes of information that changes regularly, and the ability to pivot to different tasks with ease and precision. This position entails several responsibilities centralized around processing client requests. The position is a full-time role wherein teamwork is required to successfully complete daily tasks. The position requires prior production experience in the litigation support or records retrieval industry. MetaRecords experience is a must.
Duties include:
- Scanning Incoming Mail
- Bate Stamp Records
- Binding Documents to ship to client
- Legal document preparation
- Efiling
- CD/DVD Duplication
- CD/DVD Data Transfer of various MEDIA
- Shipping Documents using 3rd party software (FedEX)
