The role of the Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience via quality product (BOH) and customer interactions (FOH). A team member has received proper training in their role and must be able to carry out all expected tasks of each position within their area. A team member must also align with our Core Values.
Activities & Responsibilities
Primary:
Master of Bird, Fryer, Fries, Dip, Tenders, and Sammich Stations

• Prepare and assemble products at assigned food stations
• Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders
• Stand for several consecutive hours
• Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
• Make and maintain eye contact with guests
• Smile and speak with a friendly tone with guests and colleagues
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant
• Put up truck orders and supplies and place in the proper storage area
• Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance
• Comply with all recipe standards and procedures, quality standards, third-party and Health Inspection Standards
• Clean and maintain operating equipment
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement
• Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant
• Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
• All other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work and move with a sense of urgency
• Basic mathematical and portioning skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Has Food Handler and TABC Certification

• Must be available to work minimum of one day of the weekend
