The Omni Providence is a landmark hotel in Rhode Island. This hotel is located in the exciting city of Providence and is attached to the Rhode Island Convention Center, Dunkin Donuts Convention Center, as well as the Providence Place Mall.

To direct and assist guests and employees with communication needs in accordance with Omni standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overnights.

• Answer incoming telephone calls to the hotel efficiently and courteously.
• Direct phone calls and messages to appropriate personnel or guest.
• Assist all guests and employees.
• Recording and making Wake up calls.
• Receiving and sending facsimile messages as needed, as well as operating switchboard and two-way radio.
• Taking all in room dining orders with accuracy.
• Logging all guest's request regarding engineering in Synergy.
• Communicate effectively with all departments using radio.
• Promptly notifying Security Team when alarms sound.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Must have multitasking skills
• Must have ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work up to 8 hours per shift
