Omni Healthcare Financial, LLC provides financing solutions to healthcare providers and individuals following personal injury events. Founded in 2002, Omni operates out of a corporate headquarters in Huntersville, NC. Through the Omni Healthcare and Glofin Funding brands, the Company provides medical lien funding and pre-settlement advances to underserved credit markets across the entire United States. The Company sources business through direct marketing and has an extensive business referral network that includes healthcare providers and law firms.

We're seeking a Intake Coordinator to join our Huntersville, NC team.

Essential functions·

• Work in a blended inbound/outbound environment where you will address clients concerns.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, and email.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Review intake queue throughout the day, ensuring all potential new clients are contacted immediately.
• Complete intake with prospective.
• Send required paperwork via text and/or email.
• Represent company values often as the first representative to engage with our clients.
• Accurately enter intake data into company case management software.
• Triage incoming intake calls, faxes, and emails to appropriate destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• And other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and electronic communication skills
• Excellent customer service with eagerness to build relationships.
• Self-motivated and self-directed prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming intakes.
• Works well among a team environment
• Positive, multi-tasking, and ambitious attitude.
• Detail and goal oriented.
• Solution focused.
• General understanding of healthcare and/or med-legal terminology is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
