- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of program objectives, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the larger organization and the Department of Defense
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of software developers, cost engineers, and support staff to ensure effective collaboration and project success
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the military services to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate the integration of applications
- Oversee the budget, schedule, and resources of the program, ensuring efficient use of funds and timely completion of project milestones
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards in software development and data security.
- Promote continuous improvement of tools by incorporating feedback from users and staying updated with the latest in cost engineering technology and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for experience in government projects or military environments
- Proven ability to lead software development or large IT projects
- Familiarity with cost engineering processes and software highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members and interact with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly desirable
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Occasional travel
