**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and estimating.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and oversee all work on-site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and interpret construction plans and schematics
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Manage project documentation including contracts and change orders
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in construction estimating and project scheduling
- Knowledge of construction software such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Dynamaics, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
