The Clinical Medication Authorization Representative uses knowledge of insurance coverage and authorization requirements to ensure prescribed medications, DME, and/or treatments are authorized appropriately. This position works closely with Central Access Services and clinic back-office staff to make every patient’s experience at OMP a positive one and provides excellent customer service by employing OMC’s C.A.R.E. standards.
