$5000 Hiring Incentive - $2000 due after 90 days, $3000 due after 12 months

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) (Regular or Float) functions in an assistive role to the licensed nurse in the provision of patient care activities. Performs activities as delegated and directed by the nurse.Float CNAs will be assigned on a daily basis to the area of need as determined by the Staffing Office/House Supervisor. May work in ICU/Telemetry, Med/Surg/Peds or be utilized as a transporter in the absence of a Patient Care Aide (PCA).
