Olsten Staffing is seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant in the Hartsville SC area. The HR Assistant will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay Rate : $16 an hour

Responsibilities :

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate interview schedules
• Assist with new hire onboarding process, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database
• Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing company events and recognition programs
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications :

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Flexible team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
